LMS Index Update

I redesigned the Index page for the Loan Management System (LMS) of a Fintech start-up. The goal was to improve the UI and UX.

I added in statistics that would be relevant to the end user. The left side of the statistics at the top is rotating view, with the option to pause. For admin users, the first slide is low balance loans (loans where the balance is equal or less than the regular repayment amount), as they required their input to close. For team members, the first slide displayed loans newly allocated to them. The second slide showed, payments MTD attributed to each team member. The third slide showed hardship loans (for management across the book, for team members within their portfolio).

Hovering over the stats also provided a different experience dependent on the user:
As a management user:
Current Balance, Current Arrears, Loans and Non Payer when hovered displayed the statistic excluding loans with external collection agents. Repayments MTD when hovered displayed total repayment amount for the previous month.
As a team member:
Current Balance, Current Arrears, Loans, Non Payer and Repayments MTD when hovered displayed the statistic of the total book. As by default, they only display the team members statistics.

Within the loan list, previously all loans were displayed to all users. Following my update, the loans displayed would be only those belonging to the user, or displaying all loans for members of the management team. I introduced sorting the loan list by the columns, filtering by the status. The balance button became obsolete as a result of a separate report I developed, in addition to the low balance loan section.

This system was designed and built in Bubble.io using the pre-existing style guide for colour guidance. I also created the accompanying end user guides for these documents.

All data and stats are displayed are test data, hence missing or incomplete data. No real customer data or loan book statistics have been used.
